AMI Montessori Teacher Training
Rising Tide offers a Primary (3-6) Montessori teacher training, delivering high-quality Montessori teacher training in a new, mostly online and asynchronous modular format. There are two track options to complete the work: 18 months or 36 months. The Rising Tide Montessori training is pending-approval with the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). A new cohort begins each March.
Next start date: March 23, 2023

Become an AMI-credentialed Montessori teacher through an innovative training program that allows mostly asynchronous work, and modules that allow for self pacing between assignment deadlines. This is a rigorous program, but teachers come out of the training fully prepared.
There are two different pacing tracks: finish in as fast as 17 months or stretch it out across 3 years, whichever timeline better suits your situation.
Assignments are in the form of short videos and online seminars, and include 2 week on-sites in New Jersey each summer of the training (housing options available).
